This is a clean and functional business traveler hotel which is well situated near a freeway and central to Glendale business district. Self parking was easy and convenient.

This hotel is in a convenient downtown Glendale area with easy access to 134 freeway. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a decent size. They have ample garage parking, but it is expensive. The price is very expensive for the area. They do charge for all the extras: internet/day (13.00), refrigerator (30.00), parking/day (18.00), late check out (30.00/HR) just to name a few. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very decorative. I really was impressed and enjoyed my stay.

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel but once we got there soon I realized that I wished I have chosen a different hotel. We drove all night 7 hours to get to the hotel and got there around 7:30am they would not check us in early, supposedly there were no rooms available. We had our daughter who is 4 years old with us. Very nice place, however the room needs updating but it suited my needs. Wonderful flat screen TV and lots of cable channels. But carpet needed updating along with other decor. The floor we stayed on smelled entirely of smoke although the rooms were all non-smoking. Guests can be a bit noisy with letting there room doors slam closed and early in the morning at that. The hotel is nice. The parking fee is too much and the walk from the parking structure, below the building next door, is quite far for the fee charged. The room I had smelled like mildew.

The concierge was helpful with directions to get to Midevil Times. The Coffee in the room was awful, and for how nice the hotel is you would expect some type of continental breakfast at least. Overall it is nice but lacks many characteristics that allow me to give it a 10. The discounted room nearly doubled in price after paying for necessary amenities on a daily rate. The charges on my card were immediate but the hold placed prior to those charges will take anywhere from 3 business days to 2 weeks to be removed depending on who I talked to.
